3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed via Square. By purchasing a product or registering for an event, you authorize us (via Square) to charge your selected payment method.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the individual product or event page. Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable upon written request and approval with enough notice provided.

4. Account & User Responsibility

If you create an account (within our system), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this website is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Tools

We use SmartBiz Workspace (powered by Go High Level) and Square for service delivery and payment processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. All offerings are provided “as is.”
